Late Arrivals:
If you arrive after hours, we have late arrival sites to get you off the road and into a safe place overnight until the office opens. Look for the LATE ARRIVALS PARKING sign near the office. There are no hookups at these sites.
General Rules:
- The staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any rigs for reasons of noise, aesthetics, or other offensive attributes. The condition of the guest’s RV must be free of any visible mold, mildew, chalking, dirt, etc.)
- Quiet Time is 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. Disturbing noise such as parties, radio, TV, or other noise at an excessive level is not allowed either day or night. When socializing outside your RV, please be mindful of your neighbors and keep music low.
- We accommodate self-contained RVs only – TENT CAMPING IS NOT ALLOWED.
- Garbage – All garbage must be bagged and tied, and placed in trash cans or the dumpster. We do not pick up garbage at the sites.
- Site Maintenance – Guests are expected to keep their site neat and free of litter at all times. Note that we do not use weed eaters on any occupied sites, due to potential liability. If you wish to use our weed eater, it is available on request.
- Aggressive animals are not allowed ANYWHERE within the park premises. Pets must not annoy other guests, and barking dogs will not be tolerated. Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV at any time.
- Pets must be leashed at all times when not in the dog park. Guests must clean up after their pets at their site.
- Non-street-registered motorized vehicles are not allowed in the park. This includes golf carts, go-karts, mini bikes, 4-wheelers, ATV’s, scooters, etc.
- Fires must be contained in fire rings or other approved fire containers.
- Washing of any vehicles is not permitted in the park.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Public drunkenness, use of illegal substances, rudeness, cursing, or immoral conduct will result in immediate police escort out of the park without refund.
- Laundry – Open 24 hours a day; please turn off lights & close doors when done. Dryers are available in the laundry area; clotheslines are not permitted on any RV sites.
- Shower Facilities – Please leave the shower “clean & ready” for the next guest.
- Speed Limit – The speed limit on all park roadways is a “crawl” of 5 mph. Watch for pedestrians, pets, and children. Some roads are one-way, so please observe the direction of travel.
- Do not walk or drive through other campsites.
- Possession or discharge of firearms or fireworks anywhere in the park is strictly forbidden.
- No automotive repairs or oil changes are permitted on our sites or anywhere in the park.
- Do not cut, prune, trim, or damage any trees or vegetation at your site, or anywhere in the park. Dead sticks can be picked up off the ground for firewood, or firewood can be purchased. Nailing, tying, or hanging any items from trees or posts is prohibited.
- All tie downs for awnings must be within the borders of the guest’s own RV site.
- No stepping stones, steps, or decks may be installed without Management’s written approval.
- Boats or cargo trailers are not allowed to be parked at any RV sites, and must be parked in a designated location as directed by management.
- Guests may be asked to temporarily remove their car or truck from their site for mowing. Please comply, if asked, to help our maintenance team.
Septic System:
The items listed below can cause expensive damage to your holding tanks as well as cause sewer blockages in the park.
- Do not flush feminine products or “flushable” wipes – they are not biodegradable, even if they say they are. RV-specific or single-ply toilet tissue is highly recommended.
- Do not pour grease down sinks. Please save any empty containers with lids and dispose of grease or used cooking oils in those, sealed tightly.
- Only RV-type NSF 24 sewer hoses are allowed.
Dogs and pets:
We are an animal and pet-friendly park. For everyone’s peace and safety, we ask all guests to observe the following rules regarding pets:
- Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV at any time.
- Pets must be leashed at all times when not in the dog park. Guests must clean up after their pets at their site.
- Only well-behaved dogs are allowed to interact with other dogs in the park.
- Aggressive animals are not allowed ANYWHERE within the park premises.
- Barking dogs will not be tolerated and will result in a warning. If a second warning is required, ejection from the park will be at the discretion of management.
- Pets cannot be left unattended anywhere outside your RV at any time, either at the dog park or at your RV site.
- Whenever leaving the park, guests must take their dogs with them. Cats can be left inside the RV.
- All pets, including cats, must be tethered at all times when outdoors and are not allowed to roam free.
- Doggy cleanup: Guests are required to clean up after their pets at their site and at the dog If we have to clean up after your pet , your security deposit will be assessed $25 each for each violation up to two times. If there is a third violation, you will be asked to leave, and there will be no refund.
